Although this cottage is presented to a good standard, I cannot understand the amazingly good reviews. If you want to be located between a very noisy B road and clucking turkeys, chickens and geese, then this is the place for you. The cottage was well equipped with extras you may not expect, but unfortunately this does not really do anything to improve what is a very dull and drab lounge. Our stay during a week of fantastic weather was spoilt by not being able to return after a busy day and just relax in a peaceful and quiet garden.

Brilliant holiday with our 2 dogs Banjo and Tippy, Swallows Barn was perfect for us to explore The Cotswolds. The house was well set up, stylish and luxurious, the orchard and farm perfect, would highly recommend

A very comfortable and cosy accommodation, very clean, tastefully decorated. Warm, comfortable beds, lots of hot water. My only comment is that although the equipment was sufficient for 4 people, extra glasses, China, serving dishes, jugs etc would have been appreciated. One of the kitchen chairs was broken, but as we were only 3 it was not an issue for us.

The place was so clean and homely. The only problem we had was there was no internet but this was raised and hopefully sorted out for the next guests. The eggs and chocolates on arrival was a nice surprise and seeing the ducks, geese, turkeys and other farm animals out the window was relaxing. Would definitely recommend to others to stay.

Simple the very best Holiday Cottage we have ever stayed in. It really feels just like home, very good quality furniture it really is a 4 Stars Cottage. Had a really good time meeting up with friends and family, will be booking again same time next year. Only six miles from Stratford upon Avon and all it has to offer. Very secure garden for Dogs both big and small. More than big enough for a couple and 2 children and even 2 couples as it has 2 bathrooms.

Absolutely beautiful cottage. I really don't want to say too many good things about it, as I don't want everyone to know how incredible it is. Want to keep it quiet just so I can come again and again. It was a perfect stay. The cottage is spotless and is like a home from home. Lots of room and has a cosy, homely feeling too. Owners are lovely and very accommodating. Definitely 10 out of 10. Can't wait to stay again in just a few weeks.

We had a lovely holiday staying here. It was close to Stratford upon Avon and all the attractions there. The cottage was lovely with everything we needed including some nice little extras when we arrived - fresh eggs, cakes, crisps and chocolates.
