A stunning property in a wonderful location. As tennis players we took advantage of the on-site court and played every day. The outside space was particularly relaxing and enjoyable as well as very private. The interior of the property was delightfully presented. A lovely holiday destination.

We had a lovely time at The Studio. The space is modern and stylish, yet still felt cosy. The building is across the drive from the host’s house, however you are not overlooked and are left to do your own thing which is great. At the back you have an outdoor seating area and overlook a paddock where horses can be seen trotting about (we also saw a couple of deer too!) We were given a very warm welcome (with a bottle of bubbles) and taken through all the amenities. There is also a binder full of information on the local pubs/restaurants and things to do (including directions on walking to places close by). We loved the private outdoor seating area, particularly in the evenings and also took advantage of the tennis court which was for our sole use and a nice touch. The host had kindly supplied rackets and tennis balls too! The Studio is in a great location, with several towns and villages a short drive away. It is also 30-40 minute walk from Clanfield, which has a great pub, The Double Red Duke, and a brilliant bakery we walked to one morning called Blake’s Kitchen. The walk itself heads through a paddock, past a brook and down quiet country roads which was perfect when the sun was out. A relatively minor negative point was the patchy wi-fi, but all in all we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Cotswolds! A big thanks to our hosts.
