The cottage and location were excellent. All helped by the winter sunshine. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable family holiday. February is probably the best time to visit bamburgh beach. Miles of empty, clean powder sand. Dunstanburgh castle is also worth a visit. A walk around Berwick's Elizabethan walls is also worthwhile. We all had a lovely time.

The cottage was definitely a home from home. Since coming back from our holiday I have recommended the cottage to several family members and work colleagues. Will definitely be staying here again.
