A fantastic base to explore the local area. The Snug is surprisingly spacious and is very well equipped. The area is quiet but you are close to Halesworth which has a great highstreet with butchers, bakers and a greengrocer amongst other useful shops. A couple of great cafes completes the perfect country town. Lots to do in the local area, Framlingham castle, Southwold, Snape Maltings, Minsmere and so much more within easy driving distance make this a ideal base.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and for supporting all of the local businesses in the area. They do provide great food, which helps of course. The Farmers Market is a great highlight of culinary delights on the second Saturday of every month. The Christmas Markets in the area are also wonderful - fingers crossed you will be able to try them on a return visit.

Fantatstic! Excellent location if you wish to spend plenty of time at the seaside but also want peace & quiet. The Snug is great & well equipped for your stay. Lee & Sam were great hosts & couldn't have been more welcoming & helpful. We will definitely be back. Our favourite part of the country just got better!

We enjoyed our stay, but rather limited outdoor space. Parking was away from the property but this did not prove to be a problem. We liked the modern feel and The Snug was very clean and comfortable. It was good value too. We would certainly consider returning.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you so much for taking the time to review the property and we are hoping that the holiday company change the parking description. It is 30 seconds up the lane and we hope the holiday company amend it post your review. We have asked - several times. I hope you enjoyed the welcome gifts and trust this wasn’t an inconvenience.

We enjoyed staying at the Snug - everything was beautifully provided for and we were also given the best week weather wise to top it up! The only mark down was to do with the sofa - it is a good, practical sofa but I found it a bit uncomfortable if I wanted to watch the TV in the evening. Other than that, everthing else was perfect.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you so much for reviewing the Snug. Yes, you did certainly get great weather. The sofa is a practical one, and is a sofa but we have provided more cushions further to the feedback. I hope this helps and we value feedback to help us make it the Snug even snugger.
