Very cosy and well equiped. Loved the welcoming ginger cake a very nice gesture, and delicious. Good location for exploring East Lothian's many attractions.

An excellent cottage. Beautifully located, spotlessly clean and lovely gardens. We would happily stay again in the cottage itself but feel we have now visited much of the local area so that would be the only reason for not rebooking soon. Very happy to recommend it to friends new to East Lothian as an excellent base. Only things that would make it even better are not within the owners' control - nowhere nearby to walk to by way of a restaurant / pub. However local shops / restuarants only a short drive away.

This is one of the best cottages we have stayed in. It is beautifully converted and very comfortable. And the lovely garden is a bonus. We will recommend it to friends.

This is a cottage that would be wonderful for disabled people of all abilities. The bedrooms all have garden views. The bathrooms were spotless and well thought out. There was enough space to move, which is important when you're disabled or don't like to bump your elbows on the walls! The whole cottage's layout was really good. If you didn't want to be disturbed by the TV you could sleep in the bedroom at the opposite end of the bungalow. The walls are very thick so sound didn't travel far. There was a substantial welcome pack, which always puts a smile on my face - I don't have to go searching for the tea bags immediately on arrival! The area was very quiet. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The information in the cottage about places to see and eat was very informative. We'll definitely return.

Absolutely fabulous cottage. Took my Father who has mobility problems, the cottage was well kitted out for his needs. The cottage is in a beautiful location, very quiet and the garden is fantastic for sitting in and well maintained. Would recommend staying here.
