The property is situated on Lower Mill Estate, within a quiet and peaceful conservation area, not suited to those seeking lively or social activities. An outdoor heated communal swimming pool, tennis court and adventure play area complement this stunning property, and provide a family of all ages with something to do on the estate. In addition spa passes for the local hotel, which is just a short drive away, are available to purchase direct from the owner. Somerford Keynes village is a 5-minute walk away; with a village pub that offers a warm welcome, home cooked food and real ales. There is a farm shop and restaurant on site, so guests can whip up something delicious, or let the cooking be done for them. The wonderful countryside of the Cotswolds surrounds the water park and attractions such as Bath, Oxford, Cirencester and Cheltenham are all within easy reach. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
