We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the pavilion and would highly recommend it. Everyone was very welcoming and the space was great for us. Only downside was only enough chairs and space for 2 at the table to eat together which meant one of us had to use the breakfast bar which I did not mind but it is nicer when we can all eat together.

The location is truly fantastic - from the windows on one side you can gaze at the full range of the Malvern hills (and plan where to walk next!) and on the other side you look out onto the arena where you may be able to watch events, lessons or practice some of the time, but it's not overly busy, the stable yard is very well kept - clean and tidy - and also calm and peaceful. Dogs have to be kept on leads rather than constantly running about causing mayhem as at some yards and that makes a big difference. The owner is around but not at all intrusive and very friendly and helpful when approached. I enjoyed having long walks with my dog and spending the rest of the time admiring the scenery or horses from the comfortable cottage! The cottage is open plan and feels extremely spacious. It's clearly quite recently converted or refurbished and is very well-equipped. Key items like towels, bedding and cutlery and crockery were sparking clean and new looking and the overall feel generally was that it was clean. There are walks directly from the property along the bridlepath towards Malvern or towards Hanley Swan. Hanley Swan has a fantastic little corner shop that seems to stock everything anyone might want (and you can park right outside the door if you need to as well). Great Malvern and Ledbury were very interesting towns to explore, with so much history, but most of all we enjoyed the walks on the hills. I hope we'll return and can't imagine we'd find anywhere nicer to stay. My friend wants to come and bring her horse for a holiday!!
