This cosy cottage style apartment offers a very good standard of accommodation and boasts a pretty walled garden ideal for dining al fresco.

Adjoining the owner’s 17th century Grade II listed home, this first floor holiday cottage-style apartment is furnished and equipped to a very good standard and is accessed from the ground floor. Well converted but with lots of original features retained, it is a comfortable and cosy holiday base with plenty of character. The beautiful walled garden provides a secluded area with amazing views of the farm and across the fields to Bredon Hill and beyond. With foxes and deer often seen on the farm and amazing views in all directions. It is also within half a mile of a beautiful brook with ancient oaks, ideal for walking enthusiasts. The village of Upton Snodsbury, Anglo Saxon in origin, can be seen from the owner’s land. An ideal touring location, with Stratford-upon-Avon, Broadway, the Cotswolds, Bredon Hill, Evesham and Malvern all within 15 miles. Worcester, renowned for porcelain, a cathedral and Sir Edward Elgar connections, is only around 5 miles away. There are also excellent footpath walks from the owner’s farm. Shop 1/2 mile, pubs serving food within walking distance.

Ground floor: Sitting area. First floor: Living room with beams/dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. DVD and small library. Stereo/CD and small library. Electric cooker. Microwave. Fridge/freezer. Private patio area in part of owner’s large walled garden and furniture. Ample parking. No smoking. No babies.

Brilliant place - Perfect for a week's stay. We had a good time, and john and Julia were perfect hosts of the property.

Small tv but we're not tv watchers. That's the only potential issue in what is otherwise a beautiful and tranquil place. Friendly owners, timeless views, quality times. Like going back to a different age, full of tradition, consideration, and attention to detail. Bonus in that we could pick up the property's WiFi for our phones and tablets.

We stayed at the old wool loft for 3 nights during September 2017. We found the accommodation extremely comfortable, warm and welcoming and it had its own unique charm. We would definitely stay there again. The owners were very welcoming and happy to chat when we saw them. Their 2 little dogs were delightful. It was great to be on a working farm with beautiful views. Everything was lovely. We would thoroughly recommend ‘The Chequers’ gastro pub in the next village (Crowle) where we had an exceptional meal that was served by lovely attentive staff. The food was the best pub meal we’ve eaten in a long time and excellent value. Overall, a lovely short break. We loved it! Thank you
