Lovely cottage. Great location. Pots pans dirty but that's the last visitors being lazy not the owner. Lots cobwebs outside prob due to where it is but cud do with cleaning up. It was very nice for a couple as quite small but cosy and absolutely everything u need inside. Towels. Bottle wine. And goodies which was a nice touch. We would stay again. X

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay. Cottage is well equipped and a lovely welcome pack to greet you. Loved the bathroom with jacuzzi bath! Whilst the rural setting is great and away from it all, it is worth noting that there isn’t a shop in the village so may be worth taking what you need with you. Good pub within walking distance though which served lovely food-The Mason’s Arms. Well placed for Ripon and Harrogate. Overall a lovely break and I would certainly recommend!

Third time we’ve stayed here and always enjoy it. The cottage is done beautifully. Only thing I would say is that the internet access is only via disc and as I only had my iPad and iPhone I could not access it via disc. These days I would expect WiFi with a code.

Absolutely stunning property, ideal for relaxing in the middle of no where. Peaceful and tranquil. The owner has really made it special with the little extra touches. Will be booking again soon.
