Five star accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The owners of St Cuthbert have thought of everything to create a spotlessly clean, fully equipped, stylish and comfortable holiday home, set in a stunning, peaceful location. And the 'welcome' gifts' were a very thoughtful and pleasant surprise. Nearby Alnwick with its wonderful Castle and Gardens amongst its attractions, also provides a full range of local amenities if required. Northumberland has so much to offer; great walking along its stunning beaches and coastline, many historic sites to visit and lots of really good places to eat. We had a great week and can thoroughly recommend St Cuthbert to any couple (or indeed parties in one of their equally impressive larger properties at the Old Mill) as a great venue to do this. Cottage is lovely, in a quiet location. Everything you require for a break away. Locally a pub, restaurant and cafe, shops a few miles further. We spent 5 days exploring the Northumberland coast and it was amazing. Will be back to explore further.

A great well-equipped cottage within easy reach of all the local coastal towns and villages. Welcoming pack was much appreciated, and quickly consumed. The wet room and shower made it very easy access for us. We would certainly look at it again if we return to the area.
