Lovely place. Friendly owners. Just felt it would of been better if garden was enclosed so any dogs didn’t have to stay on lead. It would be very easy for them to do. I would recommend this though and there were some lovely extras which were appreciated.

We were met by the owner, Mrs Mockford, who lnsisted we call her Ursula. A very warm welcome, with milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge, both very nice indeed. Although the cottage is on a working farm, the goings on didn’t interfere with our enjoyment. A very peaceful location with plenty to offer within a short drive away. All in all, a lovely quiet break. Many thanks to Ursula and her family for the help when we arrived.

It was lovely. We had very special weather circumstances like show, frost and icy wind. We made a few walks through the fields, which was very lovely and breathtaking because of the snow. Very nice scenery.
