Living area: With wood burner and 28" Freeview TV.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Oil underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Large enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

Lovingly converted and set on a working beef farm, this former granary offers spacious, detached accommodation for two people, just 4 miles from the coast and its sandy beaches which offer miles of unspoilt walks. Whether its a base from which to explore the east coast and the Lincolnshire Wolds, also nearby, or simply somewhere to sit and relax in front of the wood burner with a good book, The Old Granary is ideal. There are good walks and cycle routes from the door, with the coast approximately a 10-minute drive away. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 9 miles away, with plenty of entertainment for everyone including the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve. During the winter months, visit the seal pups at Donna Nook. The market town of Alford is a 10-minute drive, whilst the Georgian market town of Louth, which still has 3 markets a week, is about half an hour by car, and is always worth a visit with its many shops, local butchers and a very good selection of cafés and pubs for lunch or evening meals. Beach 4 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

We had a lovely week at the cottage. It’s very cosy and comfortable and an idyllic location if you’re in need of peace and relaxation. It’s also situated in a great position for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds and beyond. The local towns have some great individual shops, butchers, antiquities and much more. A very relaxing enjoyable holiday

Amazing cottage, spacious, clean and homely. A great blend of country cottage meets modern living style. Log burner a great touch, didn't want to leave after 4 nights of peace away from busy day to day life. Enjoyed town and village hopping in car, some more to do than others, like Horncastle and Louth. Others just some gorgeous and enviable dwellings dotted about. Would easily recommend to couples looking for a peaceful retreat.

Very nice. Lacking WiFi and local amenities, but otherwise excellent. Would definitely recommend this in any case. The cottage itself is very nice, and the underfloor heating definitely topped it off.

A beatiful cottage, modern but regains its rustic charm. Warm and comfortable, with a well fitted kitchen. En suite is a great size, with amazing walk-in shower. Great base to visit places in Lincolnshire, as the village doesn’t have any shop or pub itself. There is a fabulous wood burning stove, which kept us toasty. We had to purchase our own kindling though to get it going. Would definitely return for a romantic break.
