Nice little converted farm building. Very quiet location, lovely setting. As it is just for 2 people, the kitchen inventory could do with some tweeks. Only 2 very large saucepans and a lid for a smaller one but no pan! If visiting the area would certainly book again though.

This cottage is beautiful and in a lovely part of the world. Good level of equipment, but needs better kitchen crockery, (nothing matches) and better linen and towels. Also a new sofa as it is not very comfortable. Just a few better touches would make this a 10 cottage. I had a lovely stay, it was very quiet and relaxing, just what I needed, I saw deer trotting past the one day. There are loads of NT properties near by and good shopping at Tunbridge Wells and East Grinstead. Would certainly recommend it.

This is a beautiful little place. The photos don't do it justice. We really enjoyed our weekend here and cooked both nights in the lovely kitchen. It is in the middle of the countryside but close to another converted farmhouse. It is nowhere near shops which we knew from previous reviews and were fine about. However, I would recommend you pack for all eventualities (if you don't plan to leave the peace and quiet of the countryside) as we ended up having to drive 20 minutes to find a pharmacy on one of the days. We enjoyed a lovely walk on the Sunday morning in the picturesque countryside nearby. The host was friendly over the phone, and check in was painless. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing weekend break.
