We received a warm welcome and a fabulous welcome pack. We chose this location to explore the west Norfolk coastline so we were well placed. Lovely to wake to see Oystercatchers feeding on the lawn in the morning.

The cottage is great, wonderful artwork and pottery. Downside no freezer compartment in fridge. Cottage is also on a busy road, so if you are a light sleeper it might not be for you. It is a great base if you want to visit the north Norfolk coast.

Always enjoy our stay here, lòvely welcome pack and greeting from the owner always spotlessly clean. Nice area with easy travel to all places of interest on the North Norfolk coast. Local village has a lovely little shop/cafe. Been coming her for many years as we enjoy it so much.
