The onsite team are extremely knowledgeable on the estate and local area so please ask for their expertise on nearby walks and they’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Rossie Ochil Estate may seem like you are in the middle of nowhere, however, it is only a short drive from the Fair City of Perth as well as being in easy reach of both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Enjoy good walks across the estate in fine weather and if it is not so good, cosy up by a roaring fire and a good book. There are a variety of extras the owners can provide by prior arrangement, at cost. There are a range of activities within easy reach of Rossie Ochil to suit all ages and taste, from outdoor pursuits such as angling, golf, and white-water rafting through to visits to historic St. Andrews and Perth and shopping in Dundee. With Edinburgh and Glasgow only an hour’s drive away, there is plenty to do. Excellent sporting opportunities at Perth leisure pool or riding and golf at Gleneagles and St. Andrews, or for history buffs, visit Scone Palace or Blair Castle. Edinburgh Zoo, Perth Racecourse, Pitlochry Fish Ladder are all within easy reach.

Outside, the private and enclosed patio area with hot tub is ideal for relaxing after a day of activities, sit back and take in the peaceful surroundings and when the light goes down you can’t beat star gazing into the night.
