We had a very lovely stay in this cottage. Perfect location to visit East-Sussex and its beautiful nature. Very clean cottage, modern and well equipped. There was wine, milk, chocolates and a lovely card when we arrived and we felt at home at once.

Comfortable , clean and well equipped. Quiet on a narrow road but within striking distance of some interesting places to visit. Makes a good base. Furniture and decor of good quality. Happy to return.

This is a very pleasant cottage. We stayed for a second time and found again a very warm welcome on arrival. The cottage is very well equipped. Clearly a lot of thought is put into the comfort of the guests with all kinds of things from little soaps in the bathroom to chocolates in the fridge. The wooden floors and furniture create a warm atmosphere and emanate a pleasant feel. We would stay again.

We had a pleasant stay in The Oaks. We walked to King John's garden centre one morning for breakfast. It was a crispy Autumn morning and just the right thing to do and a short distance from the cottage. On coming back we found the cottage warm and snug, just what we needed. We were impressed with the level of cleanliness and care that had obviously been taken to make the cottage comfortable.

A lovely stay in a beautiful place. Lots of local wildlife to be seen. So many places to go to and things to do in the area. Accommodation has everything you would need and the wine, chocolates and milk on arrival is a nice touch.

I Thought the cottage had been put together very well, a really nice place to wake up in the morning and come back to on an evening
