What a fantastic find. Gorgeous cottage, quiet location and lovely welcome pack from the hosts. Wish we could have stayed longer. Local pub served really good food and very welcoming. Short drive to shops. Great location for exploring the wolds and Lincoln, Louth and coast all within easy reach. Would stay again without a doubt. 10/10

The property itself offers Luxury self catering accommodation. Everything and more was provided for us and a very warm welcome. For us the lication was a little remote, but we aren’t big walkers. The setting was idyllic but far away from ameneties - for aome that would be a positive fir us it proved a little inconvenient. We had an amazing stay, and would recommend ti anyone wanting a luxury cottage in a remote setting. Owners have impeccable taste and were very kind and friendly.

A very clean and well equipped cottage. All the items were there and more than enough to cope with a full size dishwasher. The cottage has been sympathetically updated by the present owners only a couple of years ago. The stairs were steep but not too difficult during the night time ramble. Slightly annoying having the bathroom downstairs but that is how many cottages are. Shower cubicle was enormous and plenty of room to shower comfortably. We had a wedding to attend at the nearby pub so any other amenities were not an issue and we coped by planning ahead.

Lovely character cottage finished to a very high standard; lovely exclusive garden and off road parking; one of the best we have ever stayed in ( and we have stayed in a lot)

The cottage was lovely and every thought given to guest's comfort. The welcome pack was exceptional and very generous. Caroline and Simon the owners were very friendly, but after the initial introductions remained unobtrusive. The bedrooms were divinely cool in this current heatwave making sleeping together with the lack of traffic noise heavenly. I was a little put off first of all by the address being The Main Road, but it was a main road through a delightfully small village whose traffic included horses. Delightful!
