We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Nook. It really is a home from home cottage with all the essentials you need for a short or long stay. The cottage is really well laid out, clean and roomy given it's a fairly old cottage. We loved looking through the restoration photo's, it really demonstrates how much the owners really care about this cottage. The treats left out by the owner are especially thoughtful, a really lovely touch. We would highly recommend staying at this cottage, we would certainly consider staying again.

The Nook is a lovely cottage in a quiet location but not too far from many of Lincolnshire's attractions - picturesque and interesting Wolds towns such as Louth and Horncastle, the coast (the beach at Mablethorpe is amazing) and historic Lincoln city itself. A great welcome pack with unexpected treats. The wifi worked pretty well - always a must for us these days. The only minor disadvantage is that the bathroom is downstairs so it's a bit awkward to navigate the fairly steep stairs in the night - but torches are provided to help!

A well appointed and very comfortable cottage equipped to the highest standard. Should you want a quiet break but in a central location I would recommend The Nook without hesitation.

This cottage is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It is very private with good parking facilities. It is very well-equipped, very clean and has been recently modernised to a very high standard. The generous welcome pack was much appreciated. The cottage is in a lovely quiet village and the city of Lincoln and the coast are within easy driving distance.

Lovely and peaceful stay in a delightful little cottage. If you're looking to get away from it all, yet still handily placed for everything this area has to offer, than this dwelling is highly recommended.

I took my wife away for a few days for her 60th birthday and chose 'The Nook' for our stay. I am really glad I picked this cottage as it is truly lovely. The cottage is certainly one of the best we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few over the years. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful rural location with the town of Horncastle a few miles away. It is also a very good spot to visit places such as Louth, Boston, Skegness and the wonderful city of Lincoln. If visiting this area again we would have no hesitation to return to this lovely clean, cozy and luxurious cottage.
