Visit Highland Park and the Scapa Whisky Distilleries, and the Earls Palace to name just a few of the many attractions in Kirkwall itself. From Kirkwall you can visit many wonderful archaeological sites, take a ferry trip out to some of the wonderfully scenic Outer Isles, and visit some of the many museums and craft workshops – so much to see and do for all ages.
