First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed, Freeview TV and wooden floor.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Enclosed, lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps, 1 step from the French doors and a covered pond in the garden.

Beach ½ mile

A delightful, 2 bedroom, detached holiday property with stunning views over Lyme Bay. This Dutch style cottage is positioned in well-kept gardens and would suit either a young family or couples who want a break. Due to its excellent location, it is close enough to the town to walk, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the high street. Every aspect of the house offers beautiful views - to the rear of the property, the sea, to the front, views of the surrounding hills. This house will afford anyone an excellent well equipped home from home situated perfectly to explore the east Devon environment and beyond. Step back in time and enjoy a magical vista of sea, beaches, and the only natural World Heritage designated site in England. Enjoy the most breathtaking views from the South West Coastal Path or simply unwind. Seaton is a beautiful small town at the mouth of the Axe Valley. Its unique tramway runs inland, along the Axe Estuary, to the medieval market town of Colyton and is perfect for birdwatchers, transport enthusiasts or those who simply want to watch the beautiful riverside scenery glide by. Next to the tramway is the Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve. The installation of a viewing hide and wheelchair-friendly paths means this beautiful area and its wildlife - wildfowl and wading birds in winter; dragonflies and butterflies in summer - are now easily accessible all year round. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

    Lovely comfortable and warm cottage. Lovely views from the garden, which is totally dog friendly. Cottage had everything we needed for a weekend break

    Not the best property we have stayed in. Lacks upstairs Bathroom and the property needs some attention to bring it up to a suitable standard. In particular the curtains need some attention. The outside walls need to be painted and the property is not really suitable for partially disabled.

    This the sixth year running that we have been to the Mills House, so we clearly like it there ! Large secure garden for the dogs, Tesco superstore just down the road by the seafront, what more could you want ? BT TV and Broadband included. Pity there isn't a child gate to keep dogs from trying to go upstairs. I made a barricade using part of a bed frame found in upstairs cupboard.

    Really enjoyed our stay, the only issue was the cleanliness of the kitchen equipment. Had to wash kitchen items before they could be used, apart from this everything else suited our needs.

    A lovely little 3 day stay. Beautiful views from kitchen. Old charming house that took some warming up but to be expected with exposed floor boards. Great location to village and coast, locals very friendly.

    Poor cleaning of kitchen utensils,baking trays/sheets,frying pan etc needs total replacement. Quite small bathroom and second toilet although second toilet a plus! Lovely garden safe for our dog. Property needs further investment.

    We had an enjoyable stay, it is a good base for exploring the surrounding area. Everything we needed was in the cottage, bed comfortable, sofa and chairs comfy too. Shower room is a little tired but everything worked. Nice quiet area with friendly neighbours.

    Perfect house for a short break. Located in a quiet residential area of Seaton. Clean and comfortable - large double bedroom with fabulous views to the sea and very comfortable bed. Second bedroom much smaller and the twin beds only have about 4 inches between them, so OK for children or nimble adults who can climb into bed over the metal bed frame end! Well equipped kitchen with everything you need and plenty of room downstairs to relax. Huge garden, fully enclosed, so great for the dog and the patio is a wonderful suntrap from breakfast to late afternoon (in April) Only 10 minutes from the sea front and plenty of places to eat.
