This attractive stone holiday cottage is located within one of the island’s most popular family attractions - Calbourne Water Mill - in beautiful west Wight. It is set in 10 acres of rolling landscaped gardens with roaming peacocks, hens and doves. Guests can step back in time and observe the traditional flour making process using the 17th-century water and stone mills (on-site bread daily), and view antique engines as well as the renewable energy centre, Granma’s kitchen, Granfers tool shed, threshing machine, restored farm wagons, wartime museum and fire station (children must be supervised at all times). There is also on site punting, miniature golf, clay play, swings, licensed café with wi-fi (Apr to Oct) and gift shop to enjoy. Shops 1½ miles.
