Our second visit and we’ll be back for a third next year. Fabulous cottage and hosts. Welcome pack really appreciated full of local goodies including their own hens and good eggs. Lovely and chilled and hosts on hand if needed. Would really, really recommend.

After a warm welcome from the owners I found the cottage to be very cosy and well equipped. There was a lovely welcome basket of eggs, bread, tea and a delicious mini Pannetone, as well as milk and butter in the fridge. The nature of the building makes a shower impractical so there is a large luxurious slipper bath with hand held shower head attached. Very little by way of close by shops - you would really have to go to Harrogate , Pateley Bridge or Knaresborough if you had to do any shopping. No direct access to garden from the cottage but I assume access would be possible via the side gate (Not tested over New Year owing to chilly weather!). All in all a lovely place to excape New Year parties !
