Really enjoyed our stay but a few changes would have made it perfect. The pillows were not good. Investing in decent pillows and covers would aid a good nights sleep. Sheeting / duvet covers in 100% cotton would have provided the comfort one would expect from the accommodation pricing. i would have preferred lightweight quilt in summer months with throws or blankets. Quilt provided in all rooms was too heavy. Bin. More bins. There were none in the bedrooms. A few more tea towels and cleaning products, (sponges, liquid, toilet clean, sufficient toilet tissue and dishwasher tabs) I would expect for a sort stay. I think the pool area could have a bit of TLC. Pool and hot tub were lovely. The wi fi didn't work too well either. All in all , minor gripes, easily rectified

We stayed at The Landers Cottage in the Cotswalds which was just far enough out of London to make it feel like a proper “get-away” but not far enough to make it feel like we would be spending half our weekend traveling! The Cottage was gorgeous and I almost* wish the weather had been miserable so that we would have sat inside and enjoyed all the little lounges and dining rooms a bit more! *just kidding, I NEVER wish for the weather to be miserable! We did however TOTALLY max out on lazing out by the pool and soaking in all the gorgeous summer rays that the UK has been treating us with!

A fantastic house with a great garden, swimming pool and hot tub. The house is beautiful inside and has great facilities. The location is also lovely with walks from the front door directly onto the Cotswold hills. We were a party of 10 adults attending a family wedding over a long weekend. We all said we would come back and do it again. It is a wonderful place. The only watch out is the busy road the property is located on. You need to be very careful when exiting the drive due to a blind spot and very fast traffic.

The Landers is an AMAZING cottage, a real gem, only one negative could do with more fridges, we were 7, if it had been fully occupied we might have sruggled. The sun shone the whole weekend, we left the property twice, only to get ice, and the pool, well we hardly got out of it.

The cottage was very well equipped and the weather was lovely so we were able to make good use of the pool and hot tub. Our two dogs enjoyed the large garden. The only negative was the road which is busy at peak times but it wouldn’t deter us from coming back.

We had a great time there, fab house, great location, fab hot tub! Our only very small issue was that as we were only there a few days a Small pantry of essentials would of been useful, salt pepper etc.

House was beautiful and we had a great time. Only suggestion would be to have some washing up liquid. We were grateful for the tea, coffee, bread and milk though :)

The hot tub wasn’t turned on so we waited all night (6hrs) for it to heat up. There weren’t any cleaning products. I also scratched our car entering the drive on the sharp branches. There were no logs for fire as promised. Only gripes! Perfect otherwise!

What a beautiful place to stay! It was so clean, lots of attention to detail and the hot tub was a true luxury
