Originally an old water treatment works, The Ilkley Pump House sits within 35 acres of rugged moorland with awe-inspiring 360 degree vistas of hills and heather.

With stylish and sumptuous décor, you are sure to feel pampered with underfloor heating, solid oak floors and a fabulously stylish, handmade kitchen as the centre piece. With a kitchen island and all mod cons, including a Quooker hot water tap, it is the perfect space to rustle up a brunch or enjoy a glass of bubbly.

The light and spacious living room has views to die for. Snuggle up on the cosy sofa and watch a film on the large LCD TV with Sonos sound system. In the warmer months, throw open the large bi-folding doors and bring the outside in. The Ilkley Pump House even has the added luxury of electric blinds - perfect when you want to shut the world away. The utility room, with a washing machine and tumble dryer, is a handy addition if you’ve been out hiking across the moors.

The spacious master bedroom boasts a handmade kingsize bed dressed in the finest bed linen and boasts a free-standing bath. Next door is a fabulous wet room, fully tiled in Italian marble and complete with waterfall taps, a monsoon shower and solid granite surfaces.

From the terrace, enjoy the twinkling lights of Ilkley far below. Rustle up an early supper and enjoy dining al fresco in the summer. The private hot tub offers a perfect retreat for a couple to slip on their fluffy robes and relax. Watch the evening lights come to life all around as the stars start to twinkle far above, all from the comfort of your warm bubbles.

Perfect for honeymoons, saying "I do" or just a romantic hide away. Blow the cobwebs away and fill your lungs with fresh moorland air on one of the many walks from your door step.

With so much to do in the surrounding area, you have the best of town and countryside. The spa town of Ilkley is close by, with its Victorian arcade and Betty’s Tea Rooms, where you can sample their famous afternoon tea.

Take a trip to Brontë country, Bolton Abbey, 18th-century Harewood House or Fountains Abbey. See the market town of Skipton with its castle and old world charm, or picturesque Grassington with its stone cottages, riverside walks and quaint shops. With so much to see and do, you will return time and again. Shop and pub 1 mile, restaurant 3 miles.
