Lovely cottage. Shame that we didn’t use the hot tub due to the weather. Also I think that the hot tub should have some fencing or a screen to make it private for other guests staying next door. As it says in the welcome pack that you should shower before using the hot tub, I think that there should be an outside shower in the car park instead of showering upstairs and then having to walk downstairs with feet and bodies. I think that the Government should put street lights as it’s pitch black on Country lanes, abit dangerous as most of the drivers having to use their full beam.

Lovely location in a quiet rural countryside, but still not to far from local towns villages ect. So no problem finding a nice pub or somewhere to eat. The local co op is great. Locals are very friendly too Great cottage. Great experience.

This was a present from our children which was just right for our break away. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. A good base for visiting Sherwood Forest, Lincoln, Southwell and the surrounding area.

Great 5 night stay in the hayloft, beautiful location and views. Perfect size for 2 and has everything you need. Lesley, the owner was very helpful and came straight away to sort any needs we had. Location is fab, 15 min walk to the local village caunton, very quaint and amazing food at the caunton beck. We didnt have a car so explored everywhere by foot, lovely walk to southwell too if you like longer walks or 20 mins by car. Would highly recommend, only downside was lots of flies and tiny midges in the humid weather, but this is to be expected in the countryside!

Manageress never bothered to meet us. Garden chairs both broken, toilet seat loose, toilet flush handle loose, heavy handed rules, WiFi not good, otherwise lovely cottage and setting very nice. We won't be staying again
