lovely cottage in a great central location for nearby forest walks. A very friendly welcome from the owners, who have thought of everything. We had such a lovely time. Would definitely recommend to others and will be going back ourselves. Thanks Lydia.

The Haven is peaceful but ideally located for days out in Dorset, Hampshire and the New Forest. It's attached to the owner's property but completely private. This was our second visit and the owner Lydia greeted us like old friends. She was always on hand for any queries but equally she didn't intrude on our privacy. It would be hard to find an owner as caring, kind and friendly as Lydia.

Lydia and John were brilliant hosts, very welcoming and full of good advise for the holiday. The location was ideal for us to travel out to National Trust sites and the beaches. We literally left in the morning and came back late evening, however when we needed provisions there was stores local. The accomodation was comfortable with all equipment we needed. Internet access was useful and Sky TV was appreciated when we wanted to watch a family film.
