Me, my best friend and our 4 children stayed there for 2 nights so we could go to Alton Towers, we had a fabulous time and the cottage is absolutely gorgeous, it has everything you could need.. a lovely place to stay and we’ll definitely be going back. Tina is very helpful and makes you feel very welcome.

Had an excellent break at the cottage.location was incredible. Tina although a working professional was attentive and an excellent host. Would return tomorrow if we could afford too. Only criticism was a noisy fan in ensuite room at end of cottage, on last night started to rumble causing a lack of sleep, otherwise a incredible barn conversion

Response on behalf of the owner:- Thank you for your review. I am pleased you enjoyed your stay and liked the property. Unfortunately nobody has made me aware of the issue with the fan in the en-suite and so thank you. Now I have read your comment on this I will take a look.

Lovely cottage, shame about the 3 lots of steps up and down along the landing to and from the bedrooms and bathroom. No mention of this in details, and not very clear photograph.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner. I'm sorry you encountered difficulties with the steps upstairs. There are details about the steps upstairs on the cottages.com information section on the property on the website and also a photograph however I will ask Cottages.com to make this clearer for future guests. Otherwise I am pleased you enjoyed your stay.
