conveniently located holiday house but too close to busy road

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your comments. While we appreciate your thoughts regarding the proximity to the busy road, it does mean that there is convenient access into Harrogate via public transport and the cottage is ideally situated for wider sightseeing given the excellent links just on the doorstep.

Lovely modern cottage with all the extras required for self catering, including coffee machine. Quality linen and towels and high cleanliness throughout. Comfortable and warm(we went in April/May) so tested the heating in the evenings, very efficient Bus stop and train station just round the corner, literally, and very impressed with public transport punctuality. Used both. While there we booked again for longer next year

It is a really nice, modern cottage, very clean, stylish, cosy, comfortable. Quality fixtures and fittings. My husband and I stayed with our4 yr old grandson for 3 nights during his Feb half term. It served its purpose for us and we thoroughly enjoyed being there even though the weather not great. We had a trip to Harlow Carr and a trip 8nto Harrogate- both easy and handy. We’re glad we went but we’d be unlikely to stay there again mainly due to the parking arrangements - very tricky for our particular circumstances. The road by the cottage is very narrow so for loading and unloading purposes, it is a very laborious operation - especially if the bin men arrive , which they did on one occasion so I had to suspend . operations in order to move the car. Not peaceful during the daytime due to proximity of A61. However nighttime’s were fine- quiet.
