Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Barbecue. One small dog welcome. Bike store. Private parking for two cars. No smoking.

The Granary provides a very good standard of accommodation in the pretty and peaceful village of Aisby. Situated near the end of a no through road, this renovated detached cottage has its own private walled garden with a gated entrance, and is suitable for couples, friends and families alike. Numerous walks and cycle routes are close at hand, and a lovely country pub, with beams, log fires, fine real ales and delicious food, is only a 15-minute stroll away. For those wishing to explore further afield, Stamford, Lincoln, Newark, Oakham and Uppingham offer NT houses, castles, museums, antique centres, and numerous pubs and restaurants. Those interested in WW2 can visit the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, and the Lincolnshire Aviation Centre, which are a few miles east of the market town of Sleaford. There are also numerous golf courses nearby including the National Golf Centre at Woodhall Spa, and Rutland Water offers various water sports throughout the year, the circular track around the reservoir provides easy walking and cycling for all ages with bikes available for hire. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

A fantastic cottage in a beautiful location, owned by attentive and thoughtful owners. We had a wonderful stay at the Granary over the Christmas week. The cottage had everything we needed and the added touches from the owners made the stay even more special. Thoroughly recommend.

Great place to stay and perfect hosts. The cottage is spotless and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect 10 all round is local can get groceries delivered but there is nothing in walking distance like a local shop or pub. Plenty in driving distance though. Knowing this take everything you need, try not to eat all the welcome pack goodies immediately and relax. Its just great!

Very nice warm clean cottage in quiet area. Received a lovely welcome pack of sweets things and wine from the owners. Lots of walks in the area and lots of things to see in the surrounding areas. Family loved it.
