Lovely little cottage. The only reason for 9 is the staircase which although mentioned in the description is quite difficult especially with the handrail against a wall. Otherwise very warm & comfortable. The location is ok , near to the beach & local pub.

As good a place as we've ever stayed in. Very clean, well decorated. Comfortable beds. Beautiful location. The bacon, sausages etc left in the fridge for us is a nice touch. Cannot speak too highly of this lovely cottage.

What a wonderful find! Warm and cosy cottage, a stones throw from the beach, a wonderful restaurant and a pub too! I can also recommend the 'Pearl' chinese takeaway restaurant, they serve lovely food and remembered who I was when I called up! The landlady of the Fisherman's Rest couldn't do enough for me, there was even some very welcome supplies in the fridge. The cottage has been very well equipped, with high end floorings and equipment, even the crockery was Portmeirion! Both upstairs bedrooms are charmingly furnished and beautifully decorated, but the stairs are not easy for those of us who are less mobile. There is a lovely terrace which I used extensively, during the day and the evening. The neighbours both sides are friendly and welcoming as is their dog! In fact, everyone I met was welcoming and friendly, and there is lots to do and see for humans and their dogs alike! This cottage gets booked up very quickly, and I can certainly see why. I hope that I can squeeze in a longer stay next year so will book it quickly before all dates get snapped up! Thank you for a wonderful coastal retreat!

Lovely house, perfect location for the beach. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils like a grill pan and some non stick pans. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and powerful. A bench or chairs to sit out front would be a good idea and a list of what goes in what him would have been useful.

Good base, We have stayed at other cottages and always take everything we need so this time we packed light and got caught out ! Kitchen has all the equipment but no extras like cling film ,foil etc. Leason learnt! Needs welcome book with details of local supermarket , doctors places of interest. Neighbours are very friendly and local pub a few steps from Cottage added bonus. Beach walk fab . Bedrooms could do with black out blinds to give you a few more hours darkness but overall a adequate accommodation for a short break .

Response on behalf of the owner: So sorry that you found those items missing this has been addressed. Also taken on board the black out blinds. Being early risers and like the morning sun we will have a look at sorting this. Thank you for your comments.
