Well appointed property. Comfortable lounge. Good rooms all round. However lacked information re waste collection days. Lack of information for local and close amenities; ie- what to do/where to go/ shopping/chemists/pubs & restaurants etc.,etc. Otherwise enjoyable stay.

Apart from a hiccup on arrival when the owner wasn't expecting us, we had a lively stay at the Dolphin.

The house is owned by a local landlord who treats it as a normal let and is not willing to invest in basics e.g WiFi good linen and things like a decent toaster. That said Michelle the house manager and Kevin the maintenance man do their best and worked hard to make it as enjoyable as it could be despite his approach. The location is great, especially for families with a dog as back is enclosed and dog friendly beach only a couple of minutes walk away.

Ideal garden for our little dog, but a yard broom would have been handy to wash the slabs for the odd occasion when he used the garden. Facilities very good, lovely shower. Perfect location for our needs.

House was nice and central for all amenities and well equipped kitchen and dog friendly. Neighbourhood was nice and quiet. We would recommend that more info is left in the house to let people know a few things i.e. what garage they could use for parking, bin day and recommended places to see and do. There was no WiFi in the property which was advertised when I booked.

Lovely house, great location near dog friendly beach, but no Wi-Fi even though it was advertised to be included
