We had a lovely weekend at the Deck House. Our hosts were very welcoming, and made sure we felt happy to contact them during our stay if we needed to. (We didn't need to, as the house was very well-equipped and extremely cosy.) The Deck House is in a perfect spot for enjoying the best of Broadstairs and we would not hesitate to recommend it, or to visit again.

Perfect place for a getaway with the family. Close to the beach and restaurants. Clean and nicely furnished place. The landlord is fantastic, as welcome there is milk, tea everything already in the kitchen. We have been in the deck house for the 2nd time and it will not be the last visit.

The house is so handy for the beach, shops and restaurants. All are within yards of the door but as the property is tucked back it isn’t noisy. The owners met us on arrival and told us all we needed to know. We were able to bring the car to the gate to unload and reload. Car parking was easy. Either in the nearby pay and display using a voucher which is quite cheap or on the esplanade for free (3 mins walk away). The house had 2 very comfortable bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There was a very nice welcome basket of tea, coffee, wine and pastries and fresh milk in the fridge. We had a great day out to Canterbury and went inside the cathedral. It is beautiful. Whitstable was great too. Oysters and chips in the harbour. We also visited Ramsgate and Margate but they were not so impressive. It was a really great holiday.

Fresh contemporary apartment a stones throw away from the beach. Beach was lovely, not too crowded and a spectacular coastline to walk around ( check tides) . Nice to see no large chain shops locally but there is also great public transport to get around

Such a beautiful place right next to the beach. Weather was wonderful so we had bbq on the deck which is really nice. Susan and Noel met us at the house and gave us a comprehensive tour of the house and local restaurants etc which we tried and loved. Lovely personal touch especially the welcome pack which was all used. Definitely recommend staying here. We had a great week with our 9 month old daughter.
