The charm and attraction of the cottage exterior is match once you get inside. This is obviously used by the owner's family and the warmth and comfort which comes from regular, family use was clear. The family history and sentiment oozes throughout the cottage, which only adds to the delight in staying there. Being able to make use of "Grandma's Pantry" was a genuine pleasure. The furniture, open fire and "wonky" floors just added to what was a perfect post-Christmas and New Year get away, to seclusion and relaxation. The kitchen was very well equipped for two experienced and enthusiastic home cooks, who made the most of local produce, especially from Revetts butcher in nearby Wickham Market . The cottage owner was very friendly, helpful and clearly has a passion for a family heritage, which is generously shared with cottage guests. The cottage and location is a definite must for a return visit.

I had a great 40th birthday celebration with all the family. Our second visit and a great place to go and relax with Superb surroundings of country side. 100 per cent recommend this cottage.

The cottage is full of character and is well equipped, provided the previous tenants have told the owner of any faults or problems. The hot tub was well used by the younger members of our party. Some of the furniture is looking well used. The ready meals available at Cooks of Woodbridge were worth their weight in gold and very tasty.

Beautiful place, but access for my disabled mother was difficult. Access to rear garden and patio needs to be addressed and patio needs a lot of work. We would have enjoyed it more if we could have sat comfortably on patio in the lovely weather.
