No local shop but garage with shop just up the road. Easy dog walking but it would be helpful to have that information in the cottage we had to ask the landlord. It is attached to good friendly pub with nice food. Easy access to Canterbury, cottage cosy although there is some traffic noise as it is on a main road, that is the only reason for the 6 in location.

The Coach House was on a main route, but having the Haywain next door was really good, lovely food and friendly staff all the week. It suited our needs very well.

Cosy accommodation on one level next to pub that serves very good food. An oven would have been useful, there was microwave oven.

We were pleasantly surprised with all the thoughtful added touches that included milk, bread, marmalade and several other items in the fridge & cupboards when we arrived. The cottage was very clean, bright & comfortable & perfect for myself, husband & dog! The pub next door is fantastic with great food, friendly staff & pub dog called Charlie. Definitely stay again!
