Dismayed at the entrance to the property. It was filthy and run down, bearing no relationship to the photo on the online advertising. Bearing in mind this is one of the outside seating areas for guests, it is unusable. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean, no so the kitchen cupboard units, sink and worktops, which needed attention. Some tired furniture in the lounge area. Carpet squares very thin and rucked up, presenting a trip-hazard. We didn’t unpack the car, just came straight home. We feel that with the right attention this could be a five-star accommodation, but we were very disappointed.
