Situated in the pretty village of Stainton, which benefits from very easy access to the M6 (5 minutes drive) and is only 10 minutes from Ullswater. There is a popular hotel and a pub within a few yards of the cottage, with a farm shop close by and a wealth of amenities in Penrith, two miles away. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
