I thoroughly enjoyed my week. The cottage had everything that I needed. The Chinese takeaway and the Fleece pub were extremely close. I liked the welcome hamper particularly the beer but the biscuits were not gluten free so I could not eat them. Parking was a little stressful at times. Why does the pub not organise this better? There’s was no noise at night and I slept very well indeed. I would recommend the three cottages.

The cottage was cosy and well equipped and the welcome gift box was much appreciated. I booked the cottage as it was all on one level as this is import to me being disabled. The only criticism I had was the bath was quite high and being disabled I found getting in the bath for a shower difficult. A grab rail would have helped enormously

I have read most reviews about the cottage. The cottage is great everything you need and dog treats and welcome pack great. No noise, parking simple, access easy through key coded lock. Telephone signal strong as was my mobile internet which when in cottage is not an issue anyway with WiFi available. Had several great meals in the pub and we had a couple of good meals from Chinese take away next door, one review complained of noise from chinese didn't hear a thing. Dog walk 2 mins away, skegness 10 min drive, I can honestly say if you want a simple well equipped base for a break away from rat race this and the other two cottages are recommended. I have yet to stay at church bell view but happy to recommend as doorbell cottage and ring of bells are excellent.
