This was a great base to use to explore the area, have visited many towns including seasides and country parks to walk the dogs. You do need to be 'early risers' to stay here, as the dogs next door do like to bark!!

The property its self had everything you need a home from home, but the beds are very old and need to be changed . Although the property was in good order I felt it need a good spring clean. In closed garden was about 2ft of patio area, we where told we could use the rest of the garden , which was lovely but they had a dog sitting service 3 days while we where there , and the dogs werent very friendley so garden out of bounds.

Enjoyed exploring the local area, there is lots to see and the cottage was in a good location. Unfortunately the owners two dogs woke us up at 6.30am every morning, which was a little frustrating. The cottage was well equipped if a little tired.

Excellent value. Good geographical position for Coastal Suffolk. Probably needs a little refurbishment. The DVD definitely needs replacing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Annexe it was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a a lovely welcome tray waiting for us which was much appreciated. Although the weather was very cold on arrival we were snug and warm in the cottage. There were some good walks in the area and a pub in the village that welcomed dogs and served great food.
