A lovely holiday home for a relaxing break with a private garden to the side to relax in, or there is plenty to see and do throughout the area. There is plenty of space for guests to bring their own travel cot if required and the enclosed garden is suitable for small dogs. For the keen Bird Watcher, the Annexe is ideally located for easy reach to both RSPB hotspots: Freiston Shore and Frampton Marsh.
At Freiston Shore, you can explore the wilderness of The Wash, the UK’s most important estuary for wildlife, where you can get excellent views of large groups of waders on the salt water lagoon at high tide. Tree sparrows, yellowhammers and skylarks are common around the reserve throughout the year, with mad march hares in spring, ringed plovers in summer and brent geese and hunting harriers in winter. Within an hour is also Norfolk, the seaside resort of Skegness, The Lincolnshire Wolds and the Cathedral City of Lincoln to name just a few places to visit. Within 20 minutes are three golf courses and the historic market town of Boston. Shop and pub 2 miles.
