Unfortunately the Annex was not for us. Steve and Elaine are a lovely couple and very friendly and helpful. The Annex is very well equipped but the main bed, with its foot board, was too short for me so I was unable to sleep comfortably. The lack of a mobile signal was inconvenient although the Wi-Fi was good. Also the TV reception was very hit and miss. Finally the need to boil water before drinking was a bit of a nuisance so we decided to buy bottled water.

Lovely, spacious, quirky looking property, we called it the Hobbit House. Very peaceful location. Everything supplied that we could need. Ideal location for also visiting Cornwall. Owners very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful time and everything was provided. The only issue was lack of signal and Wifi which normally wouldn't be a problem but I had an elderly friend with me who may have needed a Dr. - luckily we didn't otherwise a great base and relaxing.
