Lovely cottage, felt like home straightaway. Great that you can see the sea. Very quiet at night. We all slept well. TV has plenty of freeview channels and there are quite a few cds. Nearest shop about a mile and a half in Llandulas, the garage shop is very good. Plenty of shops in Abergele. So many different places to vsit in easy reach, whether you want sea or the lovely Snowdonian mountains. Only downside problem with phone signal and virtually impossible to get consistently on to the internet anywhere in the area when you are travelling around.

Cottage in beautiful quiet location, and was lovely sitting outside with the sea view. However upon arriving one bed wasn't made, and the cottage needed a good overall clean. Cobwebs, spiders, and dust everywhere. Windows and curtains were dirty, and the sofas were filled with crumbs. Upon washing our clothes, someone had left lipstick in the drum and therefore ruined all our clothes, we were not happy. Apart from that the location was faultless, Tesco and Aldi nearby for shopping, and beach close too.

We enjoyed our Easter weekend in Tan Y Bryn, the village is lovely and the views amazing. There are many places to visit but you do need a car to visit these. The cottage was clean and well equipped. Sadly the weather was not kind to us and the access lane became very muddy and the parking space at the end of the garden was difficult to negotiate due to this, however there is space to park by the wall opposite the front door. Easter Monday morning saw a slight overnight sprinkling of snow which made the scenery even lovelier! The cottage was a short distance from our home which made it ideal for a weekend break and a good base for many of North Wales's tourist spots. In this modern day and age I think WIFI would have been nice, if only to source places to go, but it wasn't a deal breaker for a weekend away.
