We were a family of grandparents, daughters and husband plus infant grandson. The property offered 4 large bedrooms so a room for each entity but with shared living space. Important for us was the fact the sitting room offered a comfortable seat for all 5 adults. The kitchen and living room were not under any bedrooms allowing the option of early breakfast not disturbing the late sleepers. The quantity of crockery etc provided meant that one didn't need to use the dishwasher after every meal to be ready for the next.

A lovely, well presented property with plenty of character & room to move for six of us & a baby. Only wish we could have brought the dog over from Australia to join us in the garden in the long summer evenings enjoying a BBQ!

Mr Edwards was a very hospitable host, flexible about the times we arrived and informative about the area. The 4 bed cottage was a delight providing everything you need for a stay away. Very large kitchen area and table for gathering together. Spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. The photos do not do this cottage justice it’s was all very well thought out. Lovely welcome basket with a few Welsh bits and pieces very much enjoyed. Twenty minute walk to the estuary was a delight although we were lucky with fantastic weather! We will definitely be returning sometime but for longer than a good weekend. Thank you so much

4 adults, 4 kids. Loved it. The house is fabulous, garden gorgeous + a lovely walk along the coastal path to the beach. Owners were welcoming but unintrusive. Responsive to our asks. It is a little bit remote but Supermarkets and Caenarfon eateries etc within an easy drive. Perfect long weekend away, would highly recommend 👍🏻

We had such a great week here! The owners are so welcoming, the cottage is beautiful-has everything you could possibly think of including a lovely welcome hamper & has more than enough space for adults, children & doggies. Bounce below is a must along with the Slate Caverns & we even got to the top of Mount Snowdon! Will definitely recommend to others. We've been staying away over Easter since our dog was a puppy-he's 5 now & by far this cottage has been the best home from home!

We have stayed here before and will again. We have family close by and this place meets our needs. It is stylish and well equipped and the owner is friendly and helpful and not intrusive. The kitchen is large and cooking means walking up and down a lot as the layout is spread out but for a holiday stay it is of little consequence.
