An amazing cottage equipped more than you could ever need. They have thought of everything. Beautifully clean & very tastefully presented. Fantastic pub in village & although no other amenities you are a stones throw from Cromer, Sheringham. Great base to explore north Norfolk. Highly recommend.

For many years we have taken 3-4 cottages a year , this was the best we have ever stayed in. As 4 of the 6 adults were keen cooks we were fighting to use the kitchen as it was so well equipped. The beds and settees were supremely comfortable, the garden a delight and plenty of parking. Really quiet neighbourhood with a pub nearby. The holiday was a surprise 70th birthday present for my husband and Karen the owner had left him a card , cake and bottle of fizz as well as the extremely generous welcome pack. We had a wonderful week and the toys (especially the bubbles) went down very well with our 20 month old granddaughter.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you Moya for such a lovely review. I’m so pleased you all enjoyed your holiday. The only thing you couldn’t find in the kitchen was a steamer, well, we now have one. I hope that you will all come and stay at Sunny View again soon. Best regards Karen.

Lovely spacious and clean cottage, feels more like a home than a holiday let. Generous welcome pack and fresh flowers were a nice touch. The cottage is equipped with everything you could require especially for children, there was even cutlery and plates for the little ones! Plenty of toys and games for inside and outside were provided. Nicely situated near to the coast and a friendly pub just around the corner.
