Owners need to check property Dog friendly but didn’t expect a carpet covered in pee stains or settees scratched to death by I presume dogs, seen better in a charity shop. Ceiling badly stained due to a water leak back bedroom smelt of damp. Ice box in fridge needs attention. In all rather shabby

Very clean and comfortable for 2 people, may be a bit of a squeeze with 4 people. Good location to walk into the town.

A wonderful two bedroom cottage/bungalow. Fantastic and safe garden for the dog. Perfect location. A few things to mention for the owners. It would be nice to have a small step in order to reach to the top of the cupboard near the sink. It was a struggle. We had to use utensils to bring some of the glasses closer to grab with finger tips. (We are not tall people, but I am 5’7” and it was still a struggle. If you ever upgrade the double bed, consider a kings size. Pillows. Way too soft and we had to add an extra one each and even then didn’t really do the trick. Consider perhaps a grab handle in the Bath/shower. The step up and down out of the bath for people of my height, and especially anyone under 5’ or a little infirm could find it two much without additional support. The towels were excellent quality. Mattress was ok though. A lovely warm property though. We weren’t 100% sure on the recycling versus the black bin. We think we made the right choices but, there were no lids on the bins out front. These are minor gripes though, and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s the second time we have stayed at Suncroft and would certainly choose to stay again.
