The renowned rock formations of Brimham Rocks are just 1 mile and historic Fountains Abbey just 3 miles. Pateley Bridge is 3 miles and is well served with individual country shops and cafes whilst the city of Ripon is just 8 miles. For the shopaholics, Harrogate is 12 miles; afternoon tea in Betty’s is a must. Shop 3 miles pub serving food 400 yards.

    The cottage was lovely, very traditional with lots of original features and modern bathrooms. It was an ideal place for a family holiday. The owners were very helpful and friendly.
