Probably the best equipped place we have stayed in. The badgers and lambs were a charming bonus. Wish we could have moved in permanently! The owners were very welcoming and the welcome package appreciated.

Response on behalf of the owner; We’re glad you all enjoyed yourselves, I know the wild life is fabulous, birds, badgers and the lambs. You were unlucky not to see some lambs being born in the field, that’s a real experience. Hope to see you again someday.

Beautiful little house in a very pretty location. We had a wonderful stay in Stubb Oak which was a brilliant find for our family group which included our mother-in-law and niece and nephew 1 & 3. The owners made a huge effort to make us welcome with loads of extra treats and even provided a travel cot for our niece! Perfect place for bringing kids as the massive garden is well contained and close by there is a lovely play-park (with a zip line!!). Also 2 living rooms meant there was loads of space for everyone and a brilliant sized kitchen and BBQ outside meant it was great for dining! A good stash of board games provided kept us entertained as well as badger-watching at night (that’s right - there’s a badger that visits the back garden & the owners provided food to leave out for him!! - we loved this!!!). We would absolutely stay here again as it is very comfortable and beautifully presented! 10/10!!

Response on behalf of the owner; Wow I am so pleased you all enjoyed yourselves we try to cater for everyone so if there's anything thats required we will try to help. Badger watch is great and leaving food to put out attracts them also they don't dig our garden like others maybe it's the food also the wild bird life with many different birds to see. So glad you enjoyed yourselves hope to see you back some day.

We had a wonderful break, the bungalow is extremely well equipped a complete home from home and very comfortable. Owners were very helpful and had thought of everything, even leaving towels for the dogs. There are plenty of walks from the door and several national trust properties to visit. The garden was lovely for dogs, completely enclosed and plenty of wildlife to watch. We didnt want to go home, we shall certainly be back.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for a lovely review - hope to see you again in the future, so glad you enjoyed yourselves.
