Both of my parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and peaceful place. The garden was in full bloom and very well maintained (my mum is a keen gardener and was very impressed!) and we had a ring side seat for an excellent local cricket match which took place on the next door cricket pitch on the Saturday. Very nice, friendly little local pub less than half a mile up the road through the pretty village was a good bonus too. The history of the premises as an old station added interest, with many of the original features preserved and recognisable from the old photos and information provided. Highly recommend, and we hope to return ...more than once!
