I used the “cottage” as a base for a fishing weekend so there was just myself and for that purpose it was ok but not a lot of room for equipment. The cottage is very compact so I don’t think I would use for a family holiday and I know my wife wouldn’t have been that impressed if she had come down to join me as originally planned. However everything was immaculately clean and the bed, quilt and pillows one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Could do with an update/redecoration. Heating being electric rads was more than enough for a February break with morning frosts. Cottage could do with some sort of welcome pack/letter with details of out of hours contact, WiFi info etc. In conclusion a very clean, compact and comfortable “cottage” in a beautiful location. Bit dated but everything there for a short break.

It was so peaceful to stay at the cottage & children loved it so much! But we had an issue regarding wifi that not only wasn't dealt with it appropriately but also the lady from agency was so rude & offensive!
