If you're looking for a traditional French experience then this is definitely the house for you. It's bursting with warm rustic charm, original features and lovely antique French furniture. All of the bedrooms were lovely and spacious with comfortable beds. There was a huge amount of room for our three children to run around both inside and outside in the very pretty and huge walled garden. The kitchen is on the small side - compared to the rest of the house - and a little dated but very clean and well equipped and most of the appliances were new (with the exception of the microwave and oven but these didn't detract from our enjoyment of the property). The house is pretty remote and, apart from the small local shop, a car is needed for the short drive to beautiful beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. Our host was very welcoming and made every effort to ensure our stay was a good one. We loved our time here and hope to return again soon.
