Nice well equipped cottage. Lovely walks straight from the door. Good games room and plenty of board games in the cottage. Had a smart telly which we weren't expecting which was a bonus for the kids.

Great location, less than 10 minutes drive to A5 and Shrewsbury, with a games room, lots of games to play from cards to monopoly, to jigsaws, loved our time there. Quiet scenic location close to a variety of shops, takeaway's and restraunts, Chinese, Indian, co-op, petrol station, village fish and kebab shop, Hugnets bakery, buthery and grocery shop. Also if you feel like some refreshments there are 3 pubs within 2 miles of the cottage. The Horeshoe inn in Pontesbury good food, reasonable prices, and a friendly atmosphere. Thought that this cottage was very good value for money. Visited Oswestry, a beutiful village about 30 mins. drive, Bala Lake railway is also worth a visit about 75 mins drive from the cottage was a great day out and exceptional value for money.

Lovely stay over Christmas. Cottage was beautiful and spotless, excellent facilities and decorated for Christmas. Kitchen was fully equipped, had everything we needed to produce the full Christmas lunch. We made good use of the games room which went down very well with the whole family. Good walks straight from the door and many more in the area. Owners very heelpful. Would highly recommend.
