Had a very comfortable stay at seileachan for the new year period. The weather didn’t permit us to explore the local area but I can imagine it to be a gorgeous location in the summer months. The owners were very approachable and lived just in front of the cabin but didn’t encroach on our space but were on hand if needed.

It was an absolutely super holiday. It is the west coast so you have to be prepared for walking or driving to various places. however there are two local places to eat, drink & they are not far. one located in a small harbour 2miles; a hotel at Loch Melfort which boasts the best view over the loch. however we thought our view was the best. It was homely, a retreat. Glencoe was a highlight, as well as Inveraray. We loved the whole thing, we went to a couple of the islands, they are easily accessible.
